The service Arrow provides is convenient and reliable with users having the option to book and pay online in advance, or pay at the Arrow office, immediately adjacent to the terminal building.We are pleased that Arrow has continued to invest in the operation year-on-year, since contract commencement. It is vital forus to be a able to work closely with a taxi company at the airport that will provide a very high level of service to our students, and give the right first impression of Leeds. We have been very happy with the quality of the service provided by Arrow Cars. Our International students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures and we very much appreciate the understanding of their needs and the level of support demonstrated by Arrow Cars booking staff and drivers.
